Dada Jyotirupananda - Meditation and Food for Consciouness
Can a pure diet help us to be more in tune with the universe and thus able to live a more fulfilled life? People often think of food as useful only for physical health. However, food serves many other functions. For example, if more people are vegetarian, particularly eating raw food, we will have a great positive impact on the world environment. Such a healthy diet will guide us toward a deeper sense of personal fulfilment. Thus as we have a better diet, we gain in consciousness and the whole world benefits. Dada Jyotirupananda has been a meditation teacher for about 25 years and is editor of New Renaissance, a magazine for social and spiritual awakening: 020-8806-4250: www.ru.org
