Dada Jyotirupananda - Meditation and Food for Consciousness
People often think of food as useful only for physical health. This talk will show that the benefits of a vegan diet include more than physical health. Such a diet has a great, positive impact on our mind and our spiritual development, as well as for our global environmental and economic health. It is one of the best personal ways we can work positively and personally against animal cruelty and environmental destruction and to end world hunger. This healthy, conscious diet will support our movement toward a deeper sense of personal fulfilment, which can be seen as a deeper sense of spirituality. It helps us to be more in tune with the universe and more able to live a fulfilled life on every level.
Dada Jyotirupananda has been a teacher of Ananda Marga tantra meditation for about 25 years. His book, Meditation: In Search of the Real Self, published by O Books, is out in September, 2009. He is also the editor of New Renaissance magazine.

Daniel Harris - Creating World Peace
By examining our relationship to our vision of world peace we can begin to realise it in harmony with our most outlandish desires. World peace is so emotive that our blocks and dodges become visible before us. World peace becomes a metaphor for things that we truly want in our lives but seem unobtainable. We can pass beyond and around these blocks by understanding their influence on our decisions and actions. We break through by describing, visioning and sharing our future world desire. Chris Johnstone, author of Find Your Power, said: "Daniel is an excellent group facilitator. His workshop invited me to connect with my vision for a positive future - I found it inspiring. I really liked his approach and I'd strongly recommend his workshops."

I have been running Visioning World Peace workshops at festivals and positive change events for the last five years. Since early on in my life I've been drawn to being concerned for the human condition. Initially this manifested through song writing. I continue to write my own songs and perform them. I studied art and design at Camberwell for a year before diving headlong into a roller coaster of the media and Internet industries. It's OK. I survived and learnt a little more about the human condition along the way. Now drawing on the skills of process management and creative design I have created a workshop to assist us all to connect to ourselves and manifest our inner visions for peace within our own lives and the world at large.

Master Ching-Wen Yang - Authentic and Ancient Celestial Chi Gung from Tai Wan
Qi (Chi) is the vital energy of nature. Gong means the ability that you have after practising a technique for some time.  Therefore QiGong refers to the ability that you are capable of perceiving, generating, or maneuvering vital energy or nature.  QiGong exercises, through gentle movement, breathing, and meditation, promote the flow of Chi or vital energy through the whole body, then gently increasing physical and mental well-being. QiGong Meditation is ideal for anyone wanting to relax their mind and body, and to gently increase their physical and mental well-being.
Qigong Master Ching-Wen Yang has studied Qigong and meditation in Taiwan for over 25 years and has been trained by various meditation & healing masters including Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche, Qigong Master Mr Lim Hai Ping and Daoist teacher Chen Zong Guang. Master Yang is one of a small handful of recognized masters teaching in the West. A teacher and a high level healer, he has developed his own Qi particle exchange technique – a highly advanced healing method that combines Western directness with Eastern methodical thoroughness. He aims to make Qigong knowledge more adaptable to a Western audience and has been developing methods to make the essence of authentic Qigong easier to grasp.
